Just a litlle joke about communication skills

An advices about communication skills :
  1. We should repeat ourselves three times if we feel that the other party may have problems making sense of what saying.
  2. We should speak with clarity, word by word.
  3. We should use words that are understood by our audience.
Let me share with you a story I once read about what would happen if and when we failed to exercise the above advice.

Caller : Hello, can I speak to Annie Wan?

Operator : Yes, you can speak to me.

Caller : No, I want to speak to Annie Wan!

Operator : Yes, I understand you want to speak to anyone. You can speak to me. Who is this?

Caller : I'm Sam Wan. And I need to talk to Annie Wan! It's urgent.

Operator : I know you are someone, and you want to talk  to anyone! But what's this urgent matter about?

Caller : Well...just tell my sister Annie Wan that our brother Noe Wan was involved in an accident. Noe Wan got injured, and now Noe wan is being sent to the hospital. Right now, Avery Wan is on the way to the hospital.

Operator : Look, if no one was injured and no one was sent to the hospital, then the accident isn't an urgent matter! You may find this hilarious, but I don't have time for this!

Caller : You are so rude! Who are you?

Operator : I'm Saw Ree.

Caller : Yes! You should be sorry. Now give me your name!!

Operator : That's what I said. I'm Saw Ree...

Caller : Oh..God!!!

A hint for you : three steps, and you are all good!!

A Guide for Perfect Winning Bussiness Proposal

The Business Proposal Scorecard
People who received business proposal have widely varying agendas, and they actually review and score proposals based on their particular circumstances and needs. This is different from business plan where reader readers have a more or less standard scorecard for judging the viability of the plan.
For business proposals the client will evaluate proposal differently, and it is difficult to accurately predict how the client will score your proposal. But its helpful to have your own scorecard to make sure that you've included all the key points that sells proposals. As in the case of business plan, a successful proposal depends on having the right phrase for all the key points to sway the client over. Often clients will only remember three to four phrases from the proposal, so you want those phrases to present you and your proposal in the best possible light.

How to Write Inspired Content; A Psychological Approach

Inspiraton
Writing inspired content is essential in expressing your passion for a subject matter. The subject is not nearly as important as the content that moves the reader to keep reading. The reader has to feel your sincere desire and hopefully, passion for what you are sharing through your written content.

This article will discuss several important points so you can create powerful and passionate written content. Leave your readers wanting more.
Things You'll Need:
• Desire
• Passion
• Creativity
• Willingness

Step 1
DESIRE FOR EXCELLENCE

Most of us desire to excel. There seems to be an invisible force that drives us toward a meaningful, productive life of excellence. Now, I am not talking about the dysfunction of perfectionism. I am talking about the desire to continually work toward excellence in whatever and wherever your unique inspired passions take you. Improving your inspired and passionate content means having an intense desire to be inspirational to others. Having a pointed desire to inspire others is the focus where our minds and hearts collaborate in unison where excellence abounds.

Clearing our brains of all the emotional and mental static is a must so we may take our passionate desire into that place of inspiration where our writing process becomes a free flowing river without the distractions of the world around us.

In seeking improved excellence in our written content, an intense desire contributes greatly when you ignite your passions, talents, gifts and abilities.

Are you limiting the expression of the passions within you? If so, dig deep and discover why? When we limit ourselves in any way, it is most commonly out of some deep seated fear of rejection. Ferret your fear out into the open and you will realize that it has no real power over you. Then, let it go. Whatever fears are limiting you, face them and they will flee; leaving your intense desire the freedom to act upon the desire for excellence in your written content.

Step 2
CELEBRATE YOUR PASSIONS

Writing meaningful content begins with knowing your passions. The truth is, many people aren't aware of their passions or they don't believe that others will find them valuable. This is not the truth.

The very fact that you have a passion for something means that it has value, not only to you but to perhaps, hundreds of thousands of others or more. Do not deny anyone of your unique contribution. This is dangerous as it is the way to losing your desire and passion, let alone write quality content that needs to be shared.

A major key is to stop questioning yourself and learn to, simply, ALLOW your passions and desires to be exactly what they are meant to be. A means of expression, provoking questions, developing the minds of others and allowing your special perspectives to be voiced and heard. In this way, you are serving others and yourself.

Let your passions explode through your written content. Express yourself with benevolent and limitless energy. Do not edit your work as you are writing. It is far too limiting. Editing is vitally important to content excellence, yet it is secondary to exploding your thoughts, your feelings and the powerful content you so want to share.

Another key point is to be certain that what you believe are your desires and your passions are not influenced or created by another person, their expectations of you or their need to experience success through you. When this is the case, we need to step back quickly and discover the truth of what our passions in life are without any influence from anyone else in our lives, no matter how much we love them and want to make them happy.

So, step back. Give yourself some space, if necessary and discover the true interests and passions that bubble up from within you. Keep the outer, out! Without this step of 'knowing,' none of us can begin to write content that has the impact to change a life.

Writing inspired content is the goal. Doing the work is the process. Daily improvement is a reasonable expectation, although there are days you won't see it, feel it, let alone know it. Simply, believe in it! 'Stay the course and seize the day!' You are worth having inspired content in your life and in the sharing of your most intimate desires/passions. It will change you and bring more meaning to your life. A guaranteed step toward being the successful writer that you are.

Explode your passions!

Step 3

SOURCE YOUR CREATIVITY

As an Interfaith Minister, I have one perspective of the source of my creativity. Others may disagree. That is our free will in action. Good! Nevertheless, whatever you believe your desires, passions and inspiration are born, get in touch with that source. Observe it. Study it. Be an observer of the self. Ponder it. Feel it. Discover all the nuances of that part of yourself that creates. Learn it well so it becomes a conscious part of who you are and what you want to express in your written content.

Then begin writing. A few minutes of this exercise each day will allow you to contact your inner creator and the excellence of your written content will continue to improve every time you write.

Step 4
BE COURAGEOUS! BE FEARLESS!

Delivering good quality written content is a journey for us all. I, certainly, do not have this mastered, yet I do know that without courage to step out of our comfort zone, bearing ourselves to the world, we will never produce anything of worth. Our desires will wilt away. Our passions will fizzle. Our lives become quite limiting and our writing skills, talents and abilities never reach our highest potential.

Knowing there will be those who will disagree with you and some, perhaps vehemently, is frightening for most. Look at the alternative? You have a gift to be shared. Give your unique gift with unabandoned flare. Be yourself. Express yourself. Share your brilliance as there will be far more who not only agree with you, but who will learn from you.

Being courageous and living a fearless life does not mean we no longer have to face any fears. It merely means that we are willing to face the illusions of fear and bless life with your unique contribution. You are safer than you think!

Step 5

WILLINGNESS TO PRACTICE PASSIONATE CONTENT WRITING

Now with all that said, we do need the technical skills and this is an unending learning process, although the basics may be learned relatively easy. Most of us have this from our educational experience. What is important beyond the technical is the willingness to practice, practice, practice the writing talent that is so eager to express itself.

I hope that this article offers you meaningful content that will support your growth as a passionately inspired content writer who is seeking excellence in reaching your highest potential.

Jutawan Tidooooo!!

Salam,

Ilmu Penting Dalam Diri Jutawan

Wang Bukan Penentu Kebahagian

Pengalaman dipaksa keluarkan duit sewaktu seminar MLM

Assalamualaikum.........
Wow!
Apa salahnya kalau nak tahu kena belajarkan? Betapa banyaknya kekangan yang dilalui, sesat jalan, minyak nak habis tambahan pula anak menangis ni, nak tidur la katakan da malam.
Tapi tak apa, nak jadi JUTAWAN punya pasal semua sanggup buatkan (correction! itu bukan saya)? setibanya di kawasan kejadian, alangkah terkejutnya saya...terkena la saya ni...rupa-rupanya kena masuk seminar selama 2 jam lebih lamanya.
